Sebastian took part in the new incarnation of Multiple Art Days, now called (Made Anywhere) in Paris this September. Studio editions of objects produced over some years were shown and offered for sale together with new work. These studio editions have become an important part of his practice and now form a body of work along side his regular design practice. Many of these works are reinterpretations of generic, often game related objects and are available here or through exhibitions or events.
(Made Anywhere) returned to the FIMINCO Foundation in Paris-Romainville on September the 6th, 7th and 8th. This monumental boiler room, with its 14-metre ceilings and 1500 m² of floor space, was ideal for presenting a new scene of editorial, curatorial and poetic artistic practices.
‘The fair responds to a need for encounters around objects that are sources of inspiration, creation, collection and observation; a decompartmentalization of artistic forms that sometimes escape the market and the institution.’
Artists, editors, collectors, architects and designers are invited to exhibit and sell their products in this exceptional space.
