We are pleased to announce that the Gleam lighting family designed by Sebastian Bergne for Signify My Creation has been honoured with an IF Design Award 2025. The Award is one of the most prestigious design awards in the world. Every year, several thousand designers, architects and companies from all over the world take part to have their design evaluated by independent design experts.
For the second year running Design Pivots & Pathways took place at Bath Spa University – an inspiring and collaborative event bringing together Architecture, Interior Design and Product Design students, alumni, and industry professionals to explore creative careers and the unexpected routes they can take.

Playroom – A presentation in the project room of 10•Corso•Como. This selection of objects, books, and furniture is an invitation to play, to do so in constant practice, as an expression of freedom and curiosity, as an activity dedicated to relationships with others and the search for our other selves. We may find that it is the best way to escape and find ourselves at the same time. Without winners or losers; just by putting ourselves out there.
The Everyday Shop is part of SHOP at Singapore Design Week. This exhibition, with its shopping mall location, showed 40 products by 25 local and international designers. Sebastian Bergne is part of that group and shows 5 of his projects available to buy in a shopping style presentation.
New UK jewellery brand POINT TWO FIVE invited six international artists and designers to create jewellery for the first time. Each piece in their launch collection is the result of close collaboration with skilled manufacturers and craftspeople based in and around Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter. Sebastian Bergne is part of this selection and designed two groups of objects, the Three Halves ring and bangle and the Disk rings.
Sebastian took part in the new incarnation of Multiple Art Days, now called (Made Anywhere) in Paris this September. Studio editions of objects produced over some years were shown and offered for sale together with new work. These studio editions have become an important part of his practice and now form a body of work …
The V&A Academy invited Sebastian Bergne to give a lunchtime lecture at the museum this week. The title, Adding Value by Design discusses the role of designer in contributing to a richer and more considered landscape of objects that inhabit our world.
