Cooling Decanter
Created whilst a student at the Royal College of Art, the removable central column is filled with ice to cool the carafe’s contents without diluting. In turn the ice becomes the decorative element at the center of the object.
The stacking glasses are a continuation of Bergne’s work in glass at the time, taking inspiration from typical disposable plastic cups, this project transforms industrial qualities into refined glass details.
